At farmingpro.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@farmingpro.ie with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at info@farmingpro.ie with details and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
